Wow, we recently took a trip to the north carolina mountains. When renting our cabin one mandatory requirement was having a hot tub. Upon our arrival (on a late rainy night) and after building a roaring fire, my daughter and I decided to check out the hot tub. It was sunk into the deck which looked nice but that's where it ended. It was a "hot tub" as it was hot and it was a tub, but that's about all. We were soooo disappointed I mean how can you take a soak and have no bubbling? We only used it the one time and were quite anxious to get back to Charlotte and our Thermo spa. Sunday evening was awesome as we watched the stars from out real hot tub. Yesterday the temp was 11 degrees here and even using the bubbling system the hot tub didn't lose any temp at all!! and it still amazes me that the bubbles aren't cold on your skin! Your passive heat works amazingly well. Thanks for making a "Real" hot tub.

To everyone in the market to purchase a hot tub,

my wife and I tested 5 of the leading hottubs in the industry. All we can say is don't waste your time shopping around, thermospa surpasses them all in design, comfort, therapy, maintainence, and design. If it weren't for our thermospa hot tub we would have NEVER sold our home. Unfortunately we're still saving for another thermospa so our bathtub will have to do for now :( Thermospa's hottub is the number one hot tub in the world. All the features truly exist and the tub outperforms even what the salesman who visits your home says it'll do. We miss our thermoSpa.

Sincerly

I am looking to exercise and run/walk while being fully submersed in 80 degree water. All the tubs/spa's I have seen do not offer a standing/walking option with their spas. The only option available now is a swimming pool. I think my idea merits some research into warm water therapy. It is the future

Hi Kelly
Congratulations on your new job! I am a future hot tub owner. I constantly look outside and wish I could walk out to my very own hot tub! I won't settle for anything less than a ThermoSpa. After requesting and viewing videos on how the spas are built, nothing could beat ThermoSpa. I look forward to ordering up a spa some day!! Best of luck to you!

I recieved my spa a few months ago and even though did not purchase the radio up grade it does have a jack for an MP3 player. I just recently used it and noticed only one speaker was working. How do I check the speaker not working? Is it possible to remove the cover to the speaker from insode the tub or do you have to access the speaker by removing the outside cover?
