Today, October 15th, is Blog Action Day 2008.  Blog Action Day was started last year in an effort to raise awareness of important issues facing the world through the blogging community.  2007 focused on the environment and this year the focus is on global poverty.  Both of these issues are very important to the team at ThermoSpas.  We constantly strive to conserve energy with every hot tub we make; our hot tubs are top rated for energy efficiency by the California Energy Commission.

Additionally, we believe that everyone should have access to the amazing benefits of hydrotherapy regardless of their income.  Our Seasons of Giving program aims to give back to our community by donating specially designed therapeutic hot tubs to children with chronic or critical illnesses.  Every month we donate a hot tub to a very deserving child and feature them here on the blog.
