Why do you not have prices on your site? You could set it up like building a car online,I am intrested but it is something that I know Iwil have to plan for in the future,Now that money is dried up all over the world. resonable loans R not an option @ this time for a lot of your potental clients

    Rich,

Thank you for reading our blog on ThermoSpas hot tubs. We do offer a “design your own” feature which will provide you a price range quote on our hot tubs. You can find it here:
    http://www.thermospas.com/hot-tubs/hot-tub-spas.html

Our hot tubs are also truly customized to fit your exact needs and budget. So, if you are concerned about the exact cost of your hot tub, I would suggest talking with one of our technicians during a site inspection to get the exact price(s) of a customized hot tub.

    Thank you again for reading!

    Rich:
Yes, credit has gotten tighter, but most of the manufacturers are still offering programs. Yes you are correct that financing sells the spa, as we shown to a number of companies in the industry. We do the financing for a number of the big boys and who knows maybe Thermospa in the future.

I have been a harsh critic of the service from thermospas in the past but I am glad to say that I have seen a HUGE improvement in this area. Thank you for striving to get better and better.

I purchased a swim spa in mid May of 2008 and it was without a doubt the best thing I ever did for myself and my wife. I wake up every morning around 4:15, and I’m in the water by quarter to five. I don’t have to get out for work until around 6 to 6:15. I do this every day rain or shine. Getting to know the night sky pretty well now. Have seen many satilites cross the sky, am learning to identify many kinds of aircraft, have seen the ISS a few times. 99 degrees and weightless has been my favorite enviroment since leaving the womb. Thank you thermospas for creating the swim spa. It has helped me to feel happier and more content than any other time in my life. I’ve taken meditation classes, learned Tia Chi, and just love creating new body movements under water.
My ultimate occupation would be teaching people how to enhance their lives through water therapy.
Would like to chat with other swim spa owners some time.

I recieved my spa a few months ago and even though did not purchase the radio up grade it does have a jack for an MP3 player. I just recently used it and noticed only one speaker was working. How do I check the speaker not working? Is it possible to remove the cover to the speaker from insode the tub or do you have to access the speaker by removing the outside cover?

    Hi Kelly
Congratulations on your new job! I am a future hot tub owner. I constantly look outside and wish I could walk out to my very own hot tub! I won’t settle for anything less than a ThermoSpa. After requesting and viewing videos on how the spas are built, nothing could beat ThermoSpa. I look forward to ordering up a spa some day!! Best of luck to you!

Welcome to Thermospas team and congratulations on the new job. I am the Middle East Distributor for Thermospas. Please take a look at the Arabic web site http://www.thermospasme.com and I will be very interested to know your feedback on how we can possibly improve it. You might not understand the language but your feedback on the feel and look of the web site will be appreciated. BR Nick

I am looking to exercise and run/walk while being fully submersed in 80 degree water. All the tubs/spa’s I have seen do not offer a standing/walking option with their spas. The only option available now is a swimming pool. I think my idea merits some research into warm water therapy. It is the future

To everyone in the market to purchase a hot tub,

my wife and I tested 5 of the leading hottubs in the industry. All we can say is don’t waste your time shopping around, thermospa surpasses them all in design, comfort, therapy, maintainence, and design. If it weren’t for our thermospa hot tub we would have NEVER sold our home. Unfortunately we’re still saving for another thermospa so our bathtub will have to do for now :( Thermospa’s hottub is the number one hot tub in the world. All the features truly exist and the tub outperforms even what the salesman who visits your home says it’ll do. We miss our thermoSpa.

Wow, we recently took a trip to the north carolina mountains. When renting our cabin one mandatory requirement was having a hot tub. Upon our arrival (on a late rainy night) and after building a roaring fire, my daughter and I decided to check out the hot tub. It was sunk into the deck which looked nice but that’s where it ended. It was a “hot tub” as it was hot and it was a tub, but that’s about all. We were soooo disappointed I mean how can you take a soak and have no bubbling? We only used it the one time and were quite anxious to get back to Charlotte and our Thermo spa. Sunday evening was awesome as we watched the stars from out real hot tub. Yesterday the temp was 11 degrees here and even using the bubbling system the hot tub didn’t lose any temp at all!! and it still amazes me that the bubbles aren’t cold on your skin! Your passive heat works amazingly well. Thanks for making a “Real” hot tub.
