This month’s issue of Pool & Spa Living features a great article about swim spas, One Lane, All Gain. According to the article more and more Americans are turning to swim spas and exercise spas for health and fitness. Today’s population is extremely health conscious and aquatic exercise offers a challenging workout without the strain on joints that hard surfaces can cause.
This is definitely true for ThermoSpas SwimSpa, it is one spa that offers so much! The spas large size allows plenty of room for lap swimming and fits up to twelve people so it’s great for entertaining. The SwimSpa is also an exerciser, you can swim, row, run, do water aerobics – you can also teach children to swim and enjoy it with the entire family. It doesn’t stop there…with two dedicated therapy seats and built-in pillow jets once you’re done with your workout you can relax with a deep therapeutic massage.
I love swimming for exercise and I’ve found that I get a better workout using the SwimSpa than the lap pool at the gym because I can incorporate rowing and elastic bands to diversify my work out. Plus once I’m done with cardio and toning I can immediately enjoy a relaxing cool down massage, it’s incredible! Here’s what my typical SwimSpa work out looks like:

Over an hour and a half in the spa at one time! Wow! Are you a prune by the time you get out?

I am concidering a SwimSpa Trainer with no bubble system. I am curious how many trainers you sell with the bubbling option? The sales rep said people don’t get the Trainer with bubble option. What are pro’s and con’s of this option on the Trainer Swim Spa?
Thanks.
