Yesterday I went and visited with our Customer Care Department.  They’re the great team of people who are ready and waiting to assist you with any hot tub issues you may have.  Unfortunately their office is on the opposite side of the building from my office so I don’t get to see them as much as I’d like but it was nice to stop by yesterday and say hi

The Customer Care Team is incredibly knowledgeable; before they get on the phones with you they have to undergo four levels of training and several written and oral tests!  Most hot tub issues are easily resolved over the telephone but if a phone conversation doesn’t suffice they’ll send out a service technician to tackle your problem.  They know all about chemicals, the latest gadgets, and all around best practices for using and caring for your hot tub so give them a ring!
