Ahh sadly it’s that time of year again, the cold weather is approaching and if you don’t plan on using your hot tub this winter it’s time to think about winterizing your spa.  If you do not use your hot tub in the winter months than failure to winterize your spa could cause irreversible damage... 

Yesterday I went and visited with our Customer Care Department.  They’re the great team of people who are ready and waiting to assist you with any hot tub issues you may have.  Unfortunately their office is on the opposite side of the building from my office so I don’t get to see them as much as...
